About my experience and challenges I faced in my previous role.
There were two rounds for Ed Support Volunteer. In the first round, they asked basic questions about what you know about MAD and why you would like to join MAD. The second round was an assessment of how you teach kids the subject. They give you the material and sometime to prepare and then pretend to be kids in your class.
I can't recall specifics but we discussed experience, the role and Datapeople as an org.
