During the whole interview, the only information that they were able to tell me about the Company and where they spent time, it was an episode of a team event where they were going around in the wood to find a brewery... Sorry but also if I am a people person, friendly, enjoying the time with my colleague, for me this is not the basic and most important information about a Company!

The other interviewer (most probably all of them was in a training on how to conduct an interview) was checking since the beginning if I was crossing my legs, my arms, what I was doing with my hands... I know the body language study, but this was ridiculous. I am Italian, had lots of job interview with different companies and previously with lots of cinema Producers, and I had interview with press and big audience about my cinema works, so I know what I'm talking about. You can check at the beginning how I start and present myself, but till the end of the 2 hours interview?? And then how! You should at least not let the person see or understand that you are checking these things, but this girl was quite going with her head under the table to see my legs and my hands!! This is not only not professional, but this is also distracting and putting the wrong pressure.
