I was asked competency-based questions that allowed my skills and experience to be discussed. The questions were on-target for the role, and I was granted the opportunity to expound upon my qualifications
How do you manage multi tasking and changing priorities?
The screening interview with HR was more of a general experiential interview with general questions regarding past experience. There was very little specific about the position as it seemed that hiring was being done at the plant level, but screening was done at corporate (the interviewer from HR was from Pennsylvania).
