I didn't experienced difficult questions from both the IBM Talent Acquisition Team & Hiring Managers. I was prepared and practiced of those general questions asked during a job interview. But it's always good to prepare answers for your strengths and weaknesses. In fact, the challenging part is the Cognitive Ability Assessment! I guess with the Cognitive Ability Assessment more or less related to "human asked questions" and the results of it, said it all.
