How do you handle dealing with difficult employees that do not get along at work?
Essentially the meeting started off with no introduction on what hardware or software was utilized within their building. However, they immediately jumped into "The 2nd floor's internet connection is down what do you do". This led to me answering in a way based on assumptions. "If this was the case, then I would do this. However if you had this technology then I would do that".
Skills based and situational questions.
Not diffcult at all. I had 22 years in teh AF i sort of knew what they wer looking for.

When they ask "do you have any question for us?", try to do some research about the company and the department you apply for. It is a good time for you to sell your idea and what you know about company.
Questions were typical HR formula - nothing new here. Just a lot of questions, same ones asked on second interview.
