I was asked general questions regarding the role I applied for. I was also asked to role play throughout some of my interviews. Role plays included scenarios with issues that could come up day to day, parents with frustrations or approaching fellow staff members with missed deadlines. Feedback was given on the spot.
How I would handle dissent among staff members talking behind administration staff?
