All technical questions with no behavioral questions at all. Expect to be able to regurgitate every equation you could possibly know about the job function & solve problems on the spot. If you don't have the answer in 30 seconds they cut you off and move on. FWIW I've worked in aerospace for a decade and no other organization behaves like that.
