Use Case question where one of the stakeholder gives a business situation and ask how I would address it and see my thought process (e.g. I have a target of x this year, how would you recommend that priority actions should be knowing that x, y z) . I think this is a great way to see if you can get along with the people you are working with (if you are complementary, share common thought process etc.)?

There were three separate case studies to analyze the way you think through issues. I had to prove that I could think analytically and on the spot without advanced preparation. Other questions were behavioral in nature.
