1st round: Basic behavioral and fit Case assessment: Takes 10+ hours to complete and come up with a recommendation. Excel and SQL. Tons of raw data. I would not recommend solving this if you sense they are not serious.
How have you managed multiple stakeholders?
a) Tell me about a time you had to work with a difficult stakeholder. How did you navigate the waters? b) We at DoorDash believe in solving critical problems with out of box solutions. Have you ever had to do anything of that nature. c) There were cases in each of the seven rounds. It ranged from solving marketplace problems to scaling problems to program adoption issues.
