The case study was divided in 3 sub-cases: 1. Data analysis. There was a database to analyze where I had to answer questions related to the data provided. On top of that I had to design a new pricing model based on my findings and some conditions given. The calculations and analysis had to be done in an Excel sheet, that I had to submit as well. 2. Strategy. Afterwards I had to describe a business strategy how to design & implement a particular change on a company level: what to research, what are the implementation steps, what are the stakeholders, what are the potential problems etc. (I was limited by 5 PowerPoint slides) 3. Technical task. A SQL problem, pretty easy one if you know how to work with JOINs and UNIONs.
