An interesting fact about yourself. How would you describe Hollister and its style and what do you like the most about Hollister? How would you describe yourself in three words. Why are different people from different backgrounds important in the workplace and why would Hollister hire people of different backgrounds? (they didn't word the question exactly like this but I forget exactly how they phrased it. A lot of the other people messed this question up because they were confused by the way the interviewer phrased it. I think this is the big question that they listen out for the most, and i think its basically the diversity question many people on this site say they got asked but rephrased. I basically said that Hollister would hire a diverse range of people because it shows diversity which is representative of the society we live in, and it shows that people can work together harminously towards a common goal. I remember seeing the interviewers nod in approval when I said this haha) Do you know any Hollister tag lines? (No one in the interview knew this, they didn't mind. I dont think this was one of the important questions).
