There is no set interview questions because each franchise owner will do this process differently.The only advice I can give is to be prepared to talk about your sales skills, ability to communicate clearly, and how well you do in a fast pace environment.

Typical questions. What can you bring to the company? How can you be an asset? How do you deal with customer issues or team member disagreements?
They send you an email with a questionnaire, then a phone interview and finally a in person interview. Job history, making money, did not really ask any behavioral questions.
