Most of the interview questions were not well thought out
The interview focused on general questions about my past experience, as well as a bit about me and my family. It felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview, which made the process comfortable and enjoyable

Asked about my experience, why I chose to leave a hypergrowth start up at it's peak and decided to join to another hypergrowth start up. Pressed a lot on why I willingly left my previous company in a very antagonizing way. Felt that the interviewer was trying to provoke me. Brought up a lot of inappropriate questions as well about how I felt as a female working in tech.
