Have many examples and be ready to drill down to questions the interviewers of which they didnt understand or couldn’t relate from company differences I gave direct clear responses provide deeper understanding and they kept drilling for more I actually felt it was to gather intel vs an interview.
Questions were sketchy, interviewer (same tech recruiter) poorly communicated and didnt appear to be listening.

The usual.....nothing new or innovative here for a company that is supposedly an innovator. You will be asked the same questions 6 different times and six different ways by 6 different people. Very repetitive process and your fate is decided by consensus of many. Archaic.
