I feel the interview process is like fraud. First I was sent a coding link, I passed it. Then I was asked to have a talk with HR to have an ethic test, I passed. Then they ask me to do a culture fit test. And then again, I was sent a coding link again. Every time when they asked you to have a talk or test, they promise they will have you talk with the CTO, but what I experienced is test, test and test again. I really feel confused, and decided not to continue again
