Describe a situation where you had to lead a group of people.
The business case that I had to complete as one of the last steps in the hiring process required me to think about how to source a new product with limited information. It was a nice exercise as it allowed me to demonstrate the different elements I have experience on from previous roles
They ask you to complete a 4 hr case study before the panel interview
To look at two drawings of sub assemblies and determine which sub assembly was the more efficient to produce and assemble
They asked if I had exposure to the equipmentcomponents they use and/or manufacture - specifically, motors, VFD's, heat exchangers, etc.
