Why do you want to change the new role and move on from the current company where I've been working for years.
Their product specific question - wasn't difficult but unexpected , not a level playing platform so to speak. Interviewer has more knowledge of their product than candidate, difficult to say if candidate take a stab and gets it wrong , how will he be judged.
There were not too many questions asked of me. There was more discussion as to what the position was to do, as it was new and there was conflicting information among the interview. They did ask about my experience that would serve in the position.
They showed me a piece of manufactured HW and asked to explain how to automate assembly of it. Then I had to make a project plan for it
