There was no one question that stands out or that I specifically recall. I would say the comprehensive set of questions, including the role-play exercise, showed they had given a lot of thought to what they were looking for. Beyond basic capability or experience related questions they did ask some pointed questions about why I wanted to be there and areas of the role that maybe were not an exact fit on paper, so clearly there's an aspect of personality/culture fit that's very important to them, and equally important to me!
