No difficulty in their questions during interviews save for the online test by a 3rd party. Probably one of the easier jobs I have applied for in terms of question difficulty, They offset this of course with their long interview process that has the potential to lead nowhere.

In round 1: 1. My team was asked to develop a solution to filter out unwanted or invalid URLs (URLs which redirects to somewhere else or are expired or are non responsive) In round 2: 1. I was asked to introduce myself. 2. She (HR) asked me about strengths and weaknesses. 3. I was shown with a complain from a customer and then asked about my reaction to the same to tests my understanding of the problem and the approach you take to respond.

One question in the technical interview was "How many basketballs could fit in this room", I liked this question, it was clearly meant to judge my reasoning/problem solving skills. Another was "How many windows are in Limerick", and i did not like this one as much, was less clear what the point of this one was as it's impossible to get this one accurate and in my opinion there aren't really any good ways to go about figuring this one out.
