Basic behavioral questions with minimal technical questions. The only technical question was describe SQL joins.
Mostly behavioral questions. What would you do if? When was the last time you failed and how did you handle? Are you independent or team player? Etc. Make sure you ask a lot of questions because if you are too independent, you WILL fail. They want you to always ask questions apparently because the job is so hard and the learning curve is WAY big.
Ask me a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
What was the time you helped someone solve an incident?

The interview process was pretty straight-forward: "We like your resume, here's what we do, do you have any questions..."
