The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. The 1st one was telephonic , which i got through and was invited for an onsite technical interview followed by a managerial round and a HR round. The technical interview process was a bit unconventional. The interviewer had built a website specifically for QA. He expected the interviewee to know the QA process from requirements gathering till the test report submission.
The interview questions were like types of testing I have done, my current position and responsibility. How soon can you join the team?
