Advice(How to prepare): Prepare 3 stories in advance that can be used to handle all kinds of questions they throw at you. Remember to always focus on what you learned. They ask about a conflict you had with a coworker. No one cares about the specific details. What any employer will care about though is what you learned/took away from the experience? How did you grow?
