The first interview was a series of open ended questions related to infrastructure design. Other interviews included "What's the most complex thing you've worked on?", "How many people have you managed?", along with a sampling of behavioral questions. The final interview was another open ended question related to designing a system end-to-end.

They want they question to be the best solution, need space and operation to be the best, if there is a O(n) solution, then the o(n*n) is not qualified.
