If they do not have right guys to take an interview . They should not waste other people precious time. I appeared six months back also for java profile. Guy who took my interview do not know anything about java. He worked with Avaya. Why do these guys are wasting other people time if they do not know how to hire right people. Also in written round, People using their cellphones for looking answers from geeksforgeeks. If you get call from ola for interview tell them "Chalo Nikalo".
