There was a business case, but it was a breeze. Seemed like the interviewer saw the case the first time, as well. Later as I was working in the firm, I realized the interviews are additional chore for the Senior Managers and that is a time of the week that is the fun part. They have a packet to prepare, but most just fling it on the site
Unstructured case: situations around product entry and sales force optimization strategy for a pharmaceutical client. Tell me about yourself followed by situational based questions related to the topic of discussion i.e. PM, leadership etc - pretty standard. The most important drill in these interviewees is trying to understand interviewee's experience in Data Mining and Statistical Analysis (this is what the company does)
How could you use your mathematical abilities on future work?(partner interview)
"How do you deal with ambiguity?" - this is obviously an issue on the company if they ask it during an interview ...........which I don't mind at all - I can deal with it, but this much during the recruitment process meant that my perception of their competence as an organisation needs to be called into question.
