1st round with 3 team members, was asked: - why interested in this role? - what solactive does? who are the clients? - technical were easy (define Greeks, price vs total weighted index, ETF error, what is ETF and give examples) - some more behavioral questions - the process was fair 2nd interview - Multiple reschedules (weeks) informing a day before - taken by one person - no apologies for rescheduling or not being on time again for the interview (shows culture of the team) - not clear at all in explaining/ telling the question and expectations - open to use online sources and chatgpt ( just do not copy the questions from the test browser) - will ask to explain the code
