Am I someone who is eager to take on a leadership role or prefer to work under people guidance.
Very poor interview. Asked me to describe my background, asked about a few of the initiatives on my resume, Very easy open ended questions. No technical questions. This was a NEW role, so they asked how I would approach making it come to fruition.
At the end of the interview I was asked how much I was expected to get paid. Although I was aware that at some point I was going to be asked the question (maybe a second interview of pre-selected candidates, or a phone call), I was surprised by the fact that my boss took his decision of hiring me, after a 10 min interview.

Questions were geared to evaluate the candidates thought process more than technical knowledge. They were focused on finding the "right" person to fit their mold.
