Part of the interview process is a "ride-along" day/interview in which I spent a day with an employee in the same position I was applying for. Afterwards, I was asked what "I would do differently" from the employee and how he could improve. A bit awkard considering I had no experience in the field and would not be able to provide an accurate and effective answer.
There were many questions regarding my previous roles, contribution, sales numbers, sales forecasts and percentages, size of the clients I worked with etc
