It was just a whole lot of "what would you do" type of questioning. Such as how to finish a sale, how to increase a sale, how to convince a customer to purchase, how to handle a theft..etc..etc..etc..

You must get at least 4 credit card application a week and meet your sales goal. The company does not do a lot advertising therefore it is your responsibility to bring in customers. Also management is not willing to listen to suggestion. It is very competitive and sometime you don't get along with coworkers
