What was my day to day activity in my previous role?
Personally, the most difficult question was in a more Behavioral-based interview where I was asked how I reacted to a certain situation and might have felt slighted. After answering the question honestly, there was a bit of a drill down for a more desirable answer.
Because Annexus Health is a growth company, there was a lot of questions for me to illustrate my impact in previous roles and demonstrating my comfort with being flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
