Situational questions, What if you're working with a customer and another customer is waiting to be helped, what will you do? Too Role play if a customer is needing material for a job and there's a situation with making the purchase.
Overall the questions asked were fairly standard. Some based on C.V. some about technical skills, knowledge of the industry personal interest and so on. It is important to have some experience with Excel and Power Point as well being able to use SQL is advantageous. It is crucial to be able to communicate with clients. The proven ability to develop relations is extremely advantageous.
