Being a smaller company they do a lot of new and innovative start-up work. I was first called by the company, and interview was scheduled. I met with the representative, and that day was moved to the hiring managers review in a conference room consisting of 4 individuals who asked questions like that of a board of certification. I liked that approach as it not only provided them answers to hiring someone for a critical position, it also gave me some insight as to what I would need to work on. However, what was key is an individuals ability to adapt to AMBIGUITY. Being small, tasking changes quickly.
