The interview questions are really easy, unless you haven't studied the garden variety questions you might be asked. Don't let the Directors wry demeanor get to you. It seems they are looking for the right fit at first, but they are looking for non thinking patsies. Make sure to ask how many temporary to hire employees they have hired in the past year and if the "90 day to hire" to make sure "You are a good fit" is real....expect the eyeballs of the interviewer to look away when answering this question. Integrity and honesty is not a key component for Behr when hiring a Temp employee. Additionally, ask how many "temp to hire" employees are still at the company from 6 months to a year ago....crickets!
