I am really having a very bad experience with the CTS hiring startegy , by now it is the second time . Last time after spending whole day offer was not released . If the drive was planned to be in this manner , candidates should be intimated in earliest about the buffer time . 7 hours passed , not even called of for 1st round of the interview . Why do they conduct this kind of unplanned drives
