Technical interview was a blitz - jumping all the way wide and deep. I wouldn't consider it typical for the bank, but the guy who conducted the interview was extraordinary.
There was a technical interview by a principal architect. There was a discussion by hiring manager followed by a discussion with HR for further negotiation and closure. The overall process took a while, however it turned out to be relatively easy.
Fairly standard interview questions for the most part. Discussion on experience and scenarios where you've faced certain challenges etc

What are some of the things that are not designed properly in SAP Commerce/Hybris
Not that I know explicitly, it all depends on who is asking the questions and to what level the candidate is appearing
