Based on your previous job role and Mostly irrelavant discussion. The RSM is totally illiterate, he doesn't even know how to talk to a candidate who has come for an interview. He just understimates you by saying you spend your parent's money and even he hurts your emotion. I think its a shame on EDELWEISS COMPANY TO HAVE SUCH MANAGERS IN HIGHER POSITIONS. You "Edelweiss" do not have any right to bark at the interviewees. Who gave you permission to tell the candidate that he is worthless and useless, your RSM of Edelweiss Tokio INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH sounds like a coward. I cannot do anything if he belongs to a poor family or his father is poor, i am good and a fortunate son, Who is he to tell me that i am wasting my father's money ? i wanted to mention his name but i do not want to screw his career infact i felt like giving an FIR on your manager's name as he hurts my emotions. "SUCH A POOR COMPANY" Your RSM said he meets 100s of people like me in daily basis and I SAY I DO NOT MEET COWARDS LIKE HIM.
I didn't expected that they would ask me my opinion about what kind of qualities should manager have. I was sitting in front of managers and I think that was a tricky question. I sad that good manager should recognize effort of their colleagues, have good organizational skills, respond quickly in unusual situations and to have ability to make important decisions.

The final step was a one hour presentation to a group of future team members and stakeholders - including some of the same people I previously interviewed with by phone. The initial topic was: "Given the trends and evolution in digital marketing, what CRM capabilities should SunPower consider deploying in order to be best positioned to efficiently acquire customers in this fast-growing market?" Additional topics were added to include: how to set vision and strategy for the team, approach for working with other departments, and defining a plan for the first 90 days.
