Q: Tell me about a time when you had to manage difficult stakeholders. Q: Tell me about a time that you had to convince stakeholders to make a decision that they did not want to make. Q: Tell me about a time that you had to work with stakeholders that had conflicting priorities. Q: How do you manage priorities that suddenly pop up?
Lot's of questions. As stated above, the question that did me in was probably how I'd gathered customer feedback about a new product launch. I got to talk about one specific product because it was what the interviewer wanted to talk about, but I said to him it wasn't the best example.
How would you approach emerging markets from a business perspective? And how would you get other parts of the business to see the value in those markets (especially compared to the much higher short and longterm value of existing markets).
