I was asked how I handle conflicting priorities.
I was given one hour to prepare a 15 minute presentation on a project management topic they provided. I presented the material to 10 VP and Director level managers that role played typical stakeholders and answered questions after the presentation.
Describe your experience. Several situational questions all based on relevant job experience.
some related to program execution style - some on behavior & problem solving accomplishments- some rather silly (by junior software folks)
