I really like their technical phone interview format -- instead of asking CS Algo questions, they asked me to 1) refactor an existing implementation, 2) add new feature, and 3) test new feature. It felt very much like real world engineering task. For the onsite, there were 1) background deep dive 2) culture fit 3) system design

In the coding round, they gave you a scenario and let you pick a language to solve the problem. You choose your own IDE. The algorithm used is not hard but the scenario is a little mess and there are edge cases you need to find by yourself. In ML round, they just gave you a problem in 1-2 sentences, and you need to lead the conversation to solve the problem. It's open-ended and like the case study in DS interview, which does not require you to explain how to implement.
