How do I handle IT operations as well as the projects etc (yet the team provided the feedback on my inability to mange people/resources), HM asked me questions related to solutioning scenarios pertaining to subscription business/challenges involved around it. (I have pretty strong hands-on experience in enabling SaaS)

The interview consisted of a CV run through with a lack of any meaningful questions as though they were running through the process. Questions I posed to them were met with very generic answers.
