Vendor evaluation: Please write up a proposal document for how you would evaluate multiple vendors when choosing an MDM solution for the company to use. Include what criteria you think are most important (e.g. what are “must have/critical” features vs “nice to haves”) as well as how you would test and evaluate the different vendors to make a selection. You need not include specifics about real vendors; this document should just outline the criteria you would use to make a decision. (In other words, what you are providing here is the template document that you would fill out when doing the actual evaluation; it is not meant to be an actual comparison of vendors.)
