Describe a time that you needed to build out a team. How did you do it? Did all of the hires work out as expected? How did you handle it when it didn't work out?
Interview was difficult (in a very good way) as it was detailed, as a manager of managers it was a refreshing approach to understand my deeper experiences and drivers to make sure I fitted with the needs and the teams I will be managing.
- Past experience and few simple leadership questions like performance management, etc. - Design a system to generate continuous numeric identifiers in large scale + code (better say sudocode) - Questions about past experience? what you've done? why did you leave? what you looking for at Immutable?
Some questions about my previous experience. HR was not ready at all to interview me for this position so I was asked some random questions in a rush.
