This stage was a get to know you stage, however was pivotal to moving onwards. The second interview comprised of delivering a 30, 60, 90 day presentation and then followed by questions related to that and also related to previous experience which required examples of situational selling, personal sales methodology and attitudinal related questions. This stage was thorough but well thought out.
