Initial interviews were very basic, they look at your qualifications loosely and mostly concentrate on personality traits. Third interview: He read my CV thoroughly, which is refreshing. He asked questions such as, what did you learn through this position, what was a challenging example for you and how did you deal with it? This included hobbies, which was interesting. Normally, no one looks at it.
