Several questions on code challenge solution that I provided, focusing on RDBMS (isolation level, concurrency, locks).Interviewers were (in my case) experienced Qonters (>4 years tenure).
No interesting questions in the entire interview process. I think Remote as company is missing out on huge amounts of talent with this kind of filtering process. Especially as they demonstrated that the coding exercise doesn't matter at all, even if you succesfully completed it. In other words, they are turning down capable experienced elixir devs because they've read "one blog too few".
