How does your previous employment history make you a good candidate for this job?
The usual questions: Why am I looking for another opportunity? Why Vanderbilt? What was a challenging workplace situation and how did I resolve the matter?
My interview question is to them! You posted a salary range of $85,000-$95,000. Then, your offer to me was $80,000. Would love to hear more information on that logic? I learned “who” made that decision, just need the why? (And do you know that’s so offensive?) My number one priority is not money but, in working for good organization, with good people.Epic fail. Never seen anything like this place.
