Made it only to written interview and psychometric assessments but I very much do not think that some standardised test based on time do show your true self. Especially for the the type of position I personally found it completely irrelevant to try a 'fits-it-all' test.
I was asked about my overall work experience along with technical and scenario-based questions related to my role
Asked me about why ideas and what I could bring to the company. Asked about reasons for leaving role I was in and reassurance given that same issues would not be present in new role.
Interview was scheduled and cancelled immediately without proper justification or details
