How would you manage dealing with a staff member who has yet to complete a rating form/questionnaire that you need completed for a student?
I believe I did not get an offer after completing the task. WHAT a waste of time. I was told the task would take an hour to complete. I was sent busy work that had nothing to do with the job description. I was given all my interviews so quickly then I waited a week to recieve an automated email saying I am not for the job. WOW. After reading the reviews on this website, I am sure I will be happy I don't work in such a negative culture. However I almost quit during this process because the trial task was so ridiculous. I am also quite upset that I did all of that and only received an email?! I am sure it would be a very disorganized job as they weren't able to answer some of my questions. During the interview I was asked if I am ok with harsh and strict punishments, I think that is also telling of the culture.
Generic interview questions. None that were unexpected. The one that made me stumble a little was what weakness I would like to work on. That's never an easy question.
