The following questions were asked: 1. Past experience with the population. 2. Crisis situations. 3. Description of case management experience. 4. Supervision expectations. (was discussed) 5. Experience in grad school. 6. Experience with training and using different modalities for movement. 7. The theoretical orientation of practice. The interview was very discussion-based and the topics mentioned came up during the flow of the conversation. The employer is not very responsive though.
The problem was that since there were 3 people and no one seemed to have a question written the interview was pretty random, not fun for the the interviewee. one question would be about my qualifications, and then a question about where my parents lived....and even where my boyfriends parents lived. whaaa?? There were way too many personal questions asked... questions about my family,my relationship. It was probably the worst interview ever which is kind of ridiculous since I had done the job before at another agency and actually supervised and trained other people for the same job.
