What are your hobbies aside from software development? If you had to explain web3 to an old Japanese person, how would you go about it? What salary range are you looking for? Would you accept an offer less than 6 million yen?

Pretty standard interview. I was asked to describe my background with Rails and the types of projects I've been working on, whether or on I had experience in upgrading projects from one version of the framework to another, and what was the most challenging thing I've worked on. Beside that, the conversation was focused around the quality of my code challenge, with some generic Ruby/Rails questions sprinkled in. Everything regarding the interview process was very polite and professional.
